Rep. Terri Sewell wins re-election in 7th District

U.S. Rep. Terri Sewell, D-Birmingham, won re-election today to a second term in Alabama's 7th Congressional District.
Sewell, 47, was opposed by Republican Don Chamberlain, a businessman and inventor from Selma.
The district encompasses the counties of Greene, Choctaw, Sumter, Marengo, Dallas, Wilcox, Perry and Hale. It also includes parts of Jefferson, Tuscaloosa, Clarke, and Pickens counties.
