Today, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chairman Steve Israel announced that Rep. Terri Sewell (AL-7) will join the leadership team for the 2013-2014 election cycle. She will serve as Vice-Chair of the DCCC’s Finance Committee and Co-Chair of the Business Council along with Rep. Jim Himes (CT-4) and Rep. Richard Neal (MA-2). Rep. Sewell will also serve as member of the DCCC’s Recruitment Committee. .

Today, Congresswoman Terri Sewell (D-AL) hosted an “AL-Obama Brunch” in honor of Alabama’s delegation to the Democratic National Convention. Over 200 Alabamians and friends of Alabama were in attendance for the event which featured DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
